During and after production, we will send our technical inspector to verify the quality of the product and respect the specifications of the product as detailed on the purchase contract and /or proforma invoice. An inspection report will be forwarded to the customer stating the major and minor, and in the function off the quality and level agreed, the goods will be approved or rejected for shipment upon the buyer’s confirmation.

Usually, our customer prefers to buy CIF (Cost & Insurance Freight Paid) from our company for the selected products. In this case, we collect payment from the buyer and pay the Chinese in China. This way, the supplier is relieved to know he will be able to contact us in China in case of payment or communication problems. We ensure the buyer that there will be no payment before the goods are duly inspected and verified in the factory and approved by himself. Before the container loading, we can assist the buyer in arranging the required pre-shipment inspection for destination country customs such as DRC. We will also manage the loading and shipment to ensure it is done on time and with the fastest vessel available. Out detailed loading inspection is realized to ensure no parts get forgotten for large and complex shipment and the proper packaging is applied.

In this phase, we provide technical support for problems or questions related to purchased products, including spare parts supply, technical issues, and even assistance on-site installation for the complete production line if required.
For the equipment installation in the destination country, we usually provide a bilingual Chinese-French or Chinese-English speaker who will assist with the translation and supervision of the Chinese technician sent by the factory to install a complex factory system or equipment.
