Usually, our customer prefers to buy CIF (Cost & Insurance Freight Paid) from our company for the selected products. In this case, we collect payment from the buyer and pay the Chinese supplier in China.
This way, the supplier is relieved to know he will be able to contact us in China in case of payment or communication problems. We ensure the buyer that there will be no payment before the goods are duly inspected and verified in the factory and approved by himself. Before the container loading, we can assist the buyer in arranging the required pre-shipment inspection for destination country customs such as DRC. We will also manage the loading and shipment to ensure it is done on time and with the fastest vessel available. Out detailed loading inspection is realized to ensure no parts get forgotten for large and complex shipment and the proper packaging is applied.

Your assigned customer representative will contact you within 8 hours, and he/she will be responsible for your sourcing till you get the products.
Our buyer will start by sourcing, clarifying the scope of manufacturers, suppliers, and sub-contractors, Cross-checking prices and making primary supplier verification. You will get a sheet with 3-5 supplier quotations. The sample will be ordered (optional) and sent to you for evaluation.
After you confirm the sample and choose the final supplier, we will secure the agreed terms, negotiate payment terms, delivery time, packaging time, and labeling, and specify the manufacturer’s quality assurance commitments. Then we start the massive production.
We will follow the whole process during production. Our weekly status report ensures our clients get the most updated status and everything is under control and on schedule.
You can pay the supplier directly, or for some suppliers who prefer to get RMB, we can assist in paying them on your behalf. We will do a final quality inspection before the supplier sends the goods.
